What we collect
When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address and message, together with any optional details you provide. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.
Why we use it
We use your data only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, the steps needed before entering into an agreement.
Who receives it
Our email provider (Google Workspace) and our hosting provider (Hostinger) process data on our behalf. With your explicit agreement we may share details with a specialist partner to whom we introduce you. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Personal data relating to enquiries that do not lead to an engagement is deleted within 24 months. Client data is kept for as long as required by law.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you may ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent. Write to office@ner.ae.
