N.E.R. Management Consultancies is a Dubai-licensed management consultancy founded by Belgian entrepreneur Paul Louis Hofmans.
Paul Louis Hofmans
Paul Louis started his first business in 1989. Over more than 35 years he built sales organisations, ran PINCoding — a web and IT company in Belgium that served some 800 entrepreneurs between 2000 and 2015 — and in 2018 founded NER in Dubai.
Today he lives in Ras Al Khaimah and works as a strategic adviser and business development partner for entrepreneurs, investors and new ventures in the UAE, including BNR Group in Ras Al Khaimah.
He works in Dutch and English, and knows the business cultures of Belgium, the Netherlands and the Emirates from the inside.
